Hostel Lollis Homestay Dresden

Mind-blowing vibes, super smart and chill atmosphere, jaw-dropping location near pubs and shops. Staff extremely friendly, auto lights not intrusive, well-equipped kitchen, well-decorated rooms. Free rice, safe bike storage, peaceful street-facing room, free Wi-Fi, awesome facilities.

Clean toilet, nice environment, there is a big park nearby, and Convenient to go the spots. And there is a german class in the evening, very sweet

The staff and other guests made us feeling very welcome. The Wash facilities were better than I've had in some hotels, albeit they were shared with the rest of the guests.

There was a lot of street noise, which is not a problem if you keep the windows closed but if it is hot and you need to open them, then you are likely to hear it all. Not a problem if you are the one out partying of course.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with a map and suggestions for exploring the city. the common area was a great place to relax and chat with other guests. the location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The rooms didn't match the photos - they were much smaller and darker than expected. the shared bathroom was also disappointingly small and not very clean.

The value for money at Lollis Homestay was excellent, with comfy beds, well-equipped bathrooms, and a homely atmosphere, made it easy to connect with other travelers. The location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, and parks in the vibrant Neustadt district. The staff were friendly and professional, and I felt safe storing my bike there. a great experience!

The breakfast could be improved by including the cost of bed sheets in the price, as not many people brought their own sleeping bags. the rooms facing the busy street could be noisy if the windows were left open, but using earplugs solved the issue.

Staff very friendly and helpful, homely feel with tea and coffee, nice loungeroom and funky decor in rooms and common areas, staff made a real effort to create opportunities for guests to socialise and make the most of their time in the city through good advice and help with transport and tourist info etc. Great value for money! Located in new town nearby lots of great restaurants, clubs etc which was fantastic (and because of good quality windows was not even noisy!) and only 20mins walk to Old Town.

When arriving it was not clear that the entrance was off the main street. It took a while to see a small sign on the building in front of the hostel (a building that was dingy and off-putting, so I was really worried about what to expect), but once inside the hostel itself was great. Climbing to the third floor room was a bit of a challenge after walking all day. Small additional charge for use of linen. Need to pay a key deposit which is returned on departure.

Excellent hostel in the Neustadt of Dresden. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Beds were comfortable, fresh sheets. Helpful staff, accommodating to needs. Organized activities, solo travelers less lonely. Highly recommended hostel.

in my room there was a bed like a car......very very nice!!!

The hostel is colorful, staffed by friendly and helpful folks, and located near lots of cafes/bars/restaurants and a big park. It's necessary to travel by tram to the old part of the city but it's easy to do.

I recently stayed at Lollis Homestay for a week-long trip and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They organize dinner gatherings, which are a great way to meet other guests. The hostel is located in the coolest part of town, close to a park and plenty of food and bars. The decor is awesome, with creative touches everywhere. The common area has excellent wifi, and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff provided valuable information and the kitchen is well-equipped. I loved my experience at Lollis Homestay.

I recommend this hotel.

The colours and paintings on the walls and ceiling where awful. The stuff of the hotel made a party on Friday evening, so we could hear the sounds up to 5.00 a.m. The district is very noisy with a lot of bars, at least it was so on Friday evening. Moreover, we were charged additional 10 eur, for the confirmation that we stay in this hotel (we needed it to get a visa).

Hostel is located in a trendy neighbourhood of Neustadt, lots of bars and pubs, near tram line going to the historic centre and Neustadt train station is only short walk away

Wifi worked on and off, we had to pay extra for sheets and duvet covers
